2.1. You may enquire about our tour packages through our website, WhatsApp, email, or other official communication channels.

2.2. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation until we have accepted the booking and communicated confirmation to you.

2.3. Depending on the services requested, confirmation may be subject to availability, receipt of the required deposit or payment, and confirmation from relevant hotels, transport providers, activity operators, or other suppliers.

2.4. You must provide accurate information when making a booking, including travel dates, passenger numbers, accommodation requirements, arrival and departure details, and any special requests.

2.5. Any changes to the original booking must be communicated to us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

3. Prices and Payments

3.2. Unless expressly stated otherwise in your quotation or booking confirmation, prices are quoted in the currency specified in that document.

3.3. A deposit or advance payment may be required to secure your booking. The required amount and payment deadline will be communicated before confirmation.

3.6. Bank charges, international transfer fees, payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, and other transaction costs may apply. Any charges payable by you will be communicated where applicable.

3.7. We will not impose additional charges that contradict the agreed booking price unless you approve a change or an adjustment is otherwise permitted under applicable law.

3.8. If a payment is delayed or declined, we may contact you to arrange payment. Where payment remains outstanding, we may cancel affected arrangements after providing appropriate notice, subject to the booking terms and applicable law.

5. Changes to Itineraries

5.1. We make reasonable efforts to provide the services described in your confirmed itinerary.

5.2. Travel arrangements may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, road closures, government restrictions, public holidays, operational limitations, attraction opening hours, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5.3. We may recommend adjustments to the itinerary when reasonably necessary for safety, operational feasibility, or the overall travel experience.

5.4. Where a significant change is necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable and discuss suitable alternatives.

5.5. Any material change to the agreed package price or services must be handled in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law.

6.5. Where a replacement materially differs from the confirmed arrangement, we will communicate the proposed alternative and address any necessary price adjustment in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law.

6.6. Special requests, including early check-in, late check-out, adjoining rooms, specific views, or particular bed arrangements, are subject to availability unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

7. Transportation and Driver Services

7.1. Transportation will be provided using a vehicle appropriate to the confirmed booking.

7.2. Vehicle category, passenger capacity, and luggage capacity should be agreed upon before confirmation. Travellers must provide accurate information about their luggage and passenger requirements.

7.3. A vehicle suitable for the stated passenger capacity may not accommodate every combination of large suitcases and hand luggage. Please inform us of your luggage requirements before booking.

7.4. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed vehicle category. If the specified vehicle becomes unavailable, we will communicate an appropriate alternative.

7.5. Travellers must comply with applicable road safety requirements and the reasonable safety instructions of the driver.

7.6. Drivers are responsible for transportation and any additional duties expressly agreed upon. They are not automatically responsible for providing licensed tour-guide services unless those services have been included in the booking.

7.7. Requests for additional destinations, extended driving hours, route changes, or extra waiting time may incur additional charges.

7.8. Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, and other activities inside the vehicle are subject to the vehicle provider's rules and applicable law.

8. Activities and Third-Party Services

8.1. Certain services, including wildlife safaris, whale watching, adventure activities, boat trips, and attraction visits, may be operated by independent third-party providers.

8.2. Such activities may be subject to separate booking conditions, age restrictions, health requirements, safety instructions, weather restrictions, and availability.

8.3. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange the activities confirmed in your itinerary.

8.4. Activities may be postponed, modified, or cancelled by their operators because of weather, safety concerns, government instructions, wildlife conditions, or other operational circumstances.

8.5. Where an included activity cannot be provided, we will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative or applicable refund, credit, or other remedy in accordance with the supplier's terms, your booking agreement, and applicable law.

8.6. Optional activities that are not included in the package price may be booked separately, subject to availability and the applicable charges.

9. Cancellation by the Traveller

9.1. If you need to cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing through our official email address or another communication channel specified in your booking confirmation.

9.2. Cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the cancellation policy communicated before you confirm your booking.

9.3. Different services may have different cancellation conditions. For example, hotel reservations, transport arrangements, wildlife safaris, and special activities may be subject to separate supplier cancellation policies.

9.4. Where cancellation charges apply, they will be calculated in accordance with the agreed cancellation policy and applicable law.

9.5. Any refundable amount will be calculated after accounting for valid cancellation charges and any other deductions expressly permitted under the booking agreement and applicable law.

9.6. We will inform you of the applicable refund amount and expected processing arrangements once your cancellation has been assessed.

9.7. Failure to arrive at the agreed pickup location or use a confirmed service without notifying us may be treated as a no-show and may result in the loss of amounts paid for the affected service, subject to the applicable booking conditions and law.

9.8. If your booking confirmation does not contain a specific cancellation policy, please contact us before assuming that a payment is refundable or non-refundable.

10. Cancellation or Changes by Us

10.1. In exceptional circumstances, we may need to change or cancel a service because of safety concerns, supplier failure, severe weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from providing the agreed arrangement.

10.2. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you promptly and offer an appropriate alternative.

10.3. If we cancel a service and cannot provide an acceptable alternative, any refund or other remedy will be determined by the booking agreement, the terms applicable to the affected service, and applicable law.

10.4. We will not treat circumstances beyond our reasonable control as automatically removing any refund rights or other obligations imposed by applicable law.

11. Refund Policy

11.1. Refund eligibility depends on the reason for cancellation, the services purchased, the applicable cancellation terms, and the circumstances of the booking.

11.2. Where a refund is approved, we will normally seek to return the refundable amount through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

11.3. Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider, issuing bank, card network, or international transfer service.

11.4. Any applicable bank charges, currency conversion differences, or payment processing costs will be handled in accordance with the agreed payment terms and applicable law.

11.5. We will not exclude any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.6. If you believe a refund has been calculated incorrectly, please contact us with your booking reference and supporting details so that we can review the matter.

12. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking and contact information.
  • Ensuring that passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid.
  • Meeting applicable entry, immigration, and health requirements.

  • Taking reasonable care of personal belongings.
  • Paying agreed charges for additional services or changes they request.

13. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

13.1. Travellers must ensure that they meet the entry and immigration requirements applicable to their nationality and travel circumstances.

13.2. Visa and entry requirements may change. Travellers should verify the latest requirements through official Sri Lankan immigration authorities and the relevant embassy or consulate before travelling.

13.3. Unless expressly agreed in writing, obtaining a visa or securing permission to enter Sri Lanka is the traveller's responsibility.

13.4. We cannot guarantee that a visa or entry permission will be granted by the relevant authorities.

13.5. Any losses resulting from denied boarding, visa refusal, invalid travel documents, or failure to satisfy entry requirements will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law.

14. Travel Insurance and Personal Safety

14.1. We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain suitable travel insurance before travelling to Sri Lanka.

14.2. Insurance should, where appropriate, cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and travel disruption.

14.3. Travellers should assess their own needs and ensure that their insurance covers their planned activities.

14.4. Certain activities, including safaris, hiking, water sports, and adventure excursions, may involve inherent risks.

14.5. Travellers must follow safety instructions issued by drivers, guides, activity operators, attraction staff, and relevant authorities.

14.6. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Health, Accessibility, and Special Requirements

15.1. Travellers should inform us before booking of any requirements that may materially affect the suitability or delivery of the proposed itinerary.

15.2. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed needs, subject to the facilities and services available from the relevant providers.

15.3. Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they are fit to participate in their chosen activities and should seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

15.4. We cannot guarantee that every destination, hotel, vehicle, or activity is accessible to every traveller. Please discuss accessibility requirements with us before confirming your booking.

16. Personal Belongings

16.1. Travellers are responsible for their passports, money, valuables, luggage, electronic devices, and other personal belongings.

16.2. Please check hotel rooms, vehicles, and other locations before departing.

16.5. Any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the incident.

17. Liability and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

17.1. We will exercise reasonable care in arranging and providing the services described in your confirmed booking.

17.2. We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, road closures, civil disturbances, public health emergencies, or major transport disruptions, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

17.3. Where a third-party supplier is responsible for a service, the supplier's applicable terms may also apply. However, this provision does not remove any legal responsibility that we may have under applicable law.

17.4. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other legal obligations.

17.5. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
