Who we are
This website, tourpackagesrilanka.com, is operated by Tour Packages Sri Lanka, a private tour operator based in Sri Lanka. If you have any question about your personal information, write to info@holidaylankatours.com or message us on WhatsApp at +94 77 302 1739.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or a tailor-made trip brief, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, travel dates, number of travellers, interests and any notes about your trip. We also record the page you sent it from and your IP address, to protect the form from abuse. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that conversation.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, prepare your itinerary and quote, and arrange and run your trip. When you book, we share only what is needed with the hotels, guides and activity providers who deliver your trip. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
WhatsApp and email
If you contact us on WhatsApp or choose it as your reply channel, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Email is handled by our email provider.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you travel with us, to run and support your trip and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info@holidaylankatours.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the European Union, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
